un employment benifits

I got my un employment benefits ,and that was 8/11 and on 9/11 my employer filed to reconsider paying me this un employment as bad performance ,the thing is august is 31 days ,so from 8/11 to 9/11 the employer can appeal to reconsider paying the un employment if they file with in 30 days but my employer filed after 32 days,but my lawyer said for the employer it happen his 30 days is saturday,which mean the judge would give him monday which mean extra 2 days any way my argument the employer supposed they had many cases with other workers (big company) and they supposed to pay attention to such scenario,especially at first my employer refused to pay me un employemnt and set a date to argue with un employment secertarty of state ,then they went and decided to pay me i got 2 payments,then by law the employer have 30 days to apply if they want to reconsider paying me and file an appeal which in my case they filed after 32 days ,it happen day 30 was saturday where they cant file on saturday,their 30's day is saturday,but they suppose to know that they would run to this mess,this came after i accepted and took the un employment and filed for sexual discrimination. so for my manager to fight back he fought the un emplyment benifit which mean the emplyer already had a chance first time they refused to pay and took 2 weeks ,and the descion was they agreed to pay me on august 11,after 3 payments ,they file an appeal to reconsider giving me my un emplyment after i filed that wrong termination for sexual discrimination i have 3 kids and single mother and i apply every day ,i cant find a job,and yet i have to pay bills and i got terminated for sexual discrimination i didnt have sex for last 15 years,and im on my desk all day,they looked for fuss everyday

So you are getting paid the benefit right. isn't the employer required to pay you if the court rules in your favor?
