They should be supplied together if you have both. Otherwise just your resume

A resume is essential. A letter of recommendation is helpful.

Dear Daisy: To me a resume identifies your accomplishments while a letter of recommendation identifies your character. They are both very important in that you may have a wonderful resume but poor character.

Thank you. This means alot. I been looking for fulltime for awhile. I do have my BA and sometimes they over look that or refuse to pay more.

It’s not an either or proposition. A letter of recommendation is simply that. It tells nothing about the details of your background. A resume outlines your work and educational background. Most companies require that you also complete their employment application as well.

Hello Daisy, Resume and recommendation letter are two different self promoting documents, the resume' s no b is to get you the interview and the recommendation letter is requested by the prospective employer when they are considering the applicant for a specific position. They are both needed and are important. The resume tells of your work history. A letter of recommendation talks of your character and personal work ethic.

Depends. If it's a position with a company and the letter of recommendation is from somebody you know well that works for the company you're interviewing with, then definitely a LOR. Most people believe a LOR is only from a previous company you worked for and that's completely incorrect. But , if you don't know anybody at the company you're working for, then you must brag about yourself on your resume to build yourself up because the way a company looks at it is anybody can have their mom write a LOR about you and day they are or were your boss. Hope that makes sense
