Sick of watching managment letting things go

How do you deal with a company that does not do anything about herrament ?

A company has the responsibility to make sure they run a work place that is free of harrassment of any type. If there is a case of harrassment going on at your work place, you've reported this incident, and they have decided to do othing about it, then the next step is to look into the possibility of a lawsuit. It's called creating a hostile work enviornment, and company management can be held responsible if they choose to do nothing about a harrassment case. I would first exhaust every possible avenue open to you to you to deal with this problem first.
