I am interested in a job at home. I want to work with a company that has benefits, cares about all their employees, no matter where they reside and will pay a reasonable amount for experience. Lastly, I am looking for a company that will not look at age as a determining factor in hiring the right candidate. Training is important and it should be disclosed upfront, in fact, all the details should be in writing and transparent.
