I have always felt that this is a critical piece in customer service and saw it work beautifully in Hawaii when I was living and working there. I would really enjoy providing patient teaching, administering immunizations and working in the pharmacy . I have 40 plus years experience and do believe that this would enlarge your client/customer base.
