Hello everyone. My name is Cliff. I live in Massachusetts. I want to setup a team of 40 people that have Restaurant experience. I will be the Head Chef in charge to look over the employees Restaurant background and determine who has enough experience to join our team to go down to Houston Texas to setup a Homeless food shelter. The name of our food service providers will be called""Cliff's Kitchen"". I am looking for 2 assistant chef's/10 Cooks,/10prep cooks/5 dinning room organizers/7 servers/4 meal planning assistant's. We will cook a HIGH VOLUME OF FOOD to feed 200+ in a sitting.
