looking for a place to belong
I recently worked at good will, yes i was hired for job training, and job shadowing, and was to go to another company to finish my training, but soon after i started they changed their work format, and it wasn't work reabilitation, you had a part time job doing enclave, did not want to be there any longer than needed, the people born with downs, or mongalism were fine to be around, they delt with their short commings all their life, the problem was the people who had brain damage from huffing glue, or head trauma, they know they can't be fired and so they abuse it, it's a sweat shop only people with full time jobs was office personal
it would be nice to work somewhere where you can do your job and not put up with a person gets bore stirs the pot and creates conflict
