I am currently the Human Resources and Accounts Manager for the Holiday Inn Westbury, this role is teaching me all of the daily and basic HR duties that need to be done in order to properly run a company. I am looking to use this as a spring board to get into a role for a major company in New York City as an HR Coordinator which will allow me to advance into a managerial role in an HR capacity.
