Thanks for posting a thought-provoking article, Eliran. I have to say I disagree with some of this though. I don't like the 'go-getter' and 'ninja' stuff, but I do like "passionate, motivated, creative, team-player' descriptions. They aren't trendy they can be real attributes. The key is that they only work if it really applies. Remember, a profile/resume have 1 purpose - getting a meeting, on phone or in person. If you really are creative, by all means say so on your profile, just be prepared to back it up so expectations meet reality when you get that meeting. And those attributes I mentioned all can be quite beneficial to a prospective employer.
That said. Its just my two-cents. Wondering what other jobcasers think.......??
