Have you made sure to update your experience in your profile/resume? If your experience has only one job listed or worse is completely blank, make sure to add that info in! Employers are looking around and they will quickly pass you by if your experience section is blank. Also, if you need help here in the community we can take a look at what you’ve done in the past, make recommendations, and help you find an opportunity. If it's blank, we will have NO idea what kind of jobs you've done in the past and what you are looking for now.
If all your info is all up to date (you're awesome), but just double check to make sure there isn’t any other relevant experience you can add in. You would be surprised! Great advice, Ashley! Employers tend to browse sites like Jobcase when they're looking for qualified candidates. Having a completed profile is like putting up a big flashing sign that says "Qualified candidate over here!" Even if you don't think your experience really speaks to where you want to go, having a detailed description of every job shows employers that you are serious, dedicated and detail oriented-- which are all awesome skills for any industry!
Closing manager 3 nights a week. I am in charge of hiring also. I handle customer relations, run register, handle complaints, plus take orders, makes orders, bake orders, box orders and an a back up driver if needed. I also do closing night paperwork, and drop deposit at bank.
