Two weeks ago I went to the job fair that Aldi's had was well-dressed business attire at my resume application completed and the two representative for Aldi's was on their cell phone I kind of felt that it was very unprofessional I still there until the guy egg knowledge me and I walked up to him and shook his hand and far as he didn't even look at my application he was telling me that in order to get a management position it's within the company and take it for granite I have 16 years of management and I was really one of the fourth person at the job fair.
