He pulls me over and then THIS happened!

I was doing a long haul a couple days ago and had my dog Purdy with me. I love my little girl!! Not even 10 miles out DOT pulls me over. They tell me she can’t have her head out the window and that he is going to write me a ticket!!! I start to freak out, but as he is about to write the ticket Purdy starts to cry and puts her paw up in the air and kind of waves at him like she is saying hi over and over. He asks me if I taught her that. I said I didn’t. He smiles and tells me I can go with a warning. Unbelievable!

I’m wondering if that is a state statute where you were at as I have never of that. Good info though, a little research is in order. On another note if ever I’m pulled and they try to cite me for something I always ask which statute I violated. I was once given a ticket for improper equipment for excessive exhaust smoke, 2004 model, which was bull. Took it to court and come to find out the officers boyfriend drove a diesel truck and broke up with her, she had given about 40 tickets that month for the same thing. Case dismissed and she is no longer an officer in that town

years ago at the "Chicken Coop at Brownsville ,Tenn (west of Jackson) when a log truck came up to the scale .The red light came on (the truck was empty) & they forced the driver to stay put, trucks were backing up.Suddenly with no warning a Public Service Commission Officer (that is what the anti-American creeps were called then)The driver's dog attacked the officer .The driver was arrested & hand cuffed & was charged with "assault on a peace officer. The driver.s dog was taken in back of the scale & shot with a 12 gauge shotgun !!The driver spent a week in jail & his truck was towed ($ 2000) + storage. At the trial all charges were dismissed ) The driver then sued (with the help of the OOIDA) for the creeps murdering his dog & towing his truck -He collected $10,000..Tennessee finally (because of excessive abuse of truckers ) abolished the Public Service Administration & today all State Troopers are qualified DOT inspectors

I found a dog in levittown PA, he was probably around only 6 months old, he had the most incredible softest fur I've ever seen, he would turn into my first truck dog, he would also turn out to be half wolf, wouldn't let anyone in or near the truck or he would show his teeth, viciously growl, some lot lizard one night kept walking back and forth to close to the cab, I thought the dog ( Jake) was going to break his head trying to get through the windows to get to her, I finally left and found parking elsewhere in fear Jake was going to hurt himself, some of the warehouse doors in PA are wider than the trailer and you all know how most warehouses feel about dogs, I left the drivers window down half way once , so Jake jumps out of the window, without getting hurt, that's far for a dog to jump I thought, but then he jumps in the dock door and like a search and rescue dog, starts frantically looking for me, one of the workers come over and asked me if I had a dog, lol, he used to have issues. Like a tantrum of shredding paper, my log book, I got in the truck and saw that and said, no way, I'm just gonna leave that on the floor for proof for DOT, he stole my coffee cup and would put the cup in between his paws, take the lid off and drink it without spilling it on the bed, stopped at a rest area once and left the window and air on this time, when I came back out, Jake was sitting in the drivers seat with his leg on the door locks, Yup locked me out and when I yell, Jake! He just looked over his shoulder and turned away, like a big F u, that's when I learned, no one uses metal coat hangers any more and how to crawl through the tool box and lift the bunk up like I'm stealing the truck, we had a great time together, he definitely made some great memories
