It was a newly created warehouse that offered above average wages in a fairly reputable and modern warehouse environment. I soon realized the pacification techniques utilized to that effect as well as the technical loopholes in the product tracking systems that employees used to manipulate the personal work scores that determined gainful employment.This soon made me want to move to the yard truck division where i was considered essential(aka more difficult to easily replace) during COVID, ensuring a fairly decent wage in a somewhat stress free environment, enjoying the outdoors and exercise in relative freedom.
