Frustrated by trucking companies
I have worked since I was 15, I am now 58. when my last job of 39 years (hearing aid repair) ended I had to find a new career, there was a lot of truck driver jobs so I went to truck driver school and got my CDL.The first company trained me, sent me to get a physical refused to give me copies and tried but failed to get it to my state drivers license, 3 months latter I went through a scale house and was inspected all good till they ran my license, which was suspended. 300 points on my license. they got me back to the terminal and sent me home to fix it. took me an hour and I called the company PTL and told them it was fixed and I was heading back to the terminal. I got a call 5 minutes later from safety and he fired me. Since then I've worked for several companies but no more than 45 days. they find out about the points on my license and find a creative way to get rid of me. I got tired of changing companies and started looking for another job and am having no luck. I'm wondering if what they did was legal.

NO WAY 300 POINTS: Answer. The number of CDL points that you may receive until your license is revoked can vary depending on the state where you live. For example, in the state of Missouri: If you receive 24 points within a 3 year year period of time, your license will be revoked for one year.
It's legal most insurance companies would drop coverage on a carrier that had a driver with 300 points
Hi Bryon Wissmiller - how do you get 300 points on your license? Usually your license would get revoked after like 15, would it not? Could you explain this a little more? I'd love to help but I need some more information to do so!
The whole point system is basically a blacklist and until the so-called ooida decides to fight it in court. They are just another group of individuals who don't mind our rights being taken as long as you pay them money every month

No not legal you have to get a copy of your health care has to be on your person while driving and has to be on record in your state
You need to go to DMV in the State that issued your CDL. Something is Very Wrong
