The main thing that made me stay at Yardi was the environment. Everyone was very nice and helpful starting with the coworkers up to the management team. Everyone was willing to help you and they shared their knowledge and tips with you. I have learned a lot while being there. I've learned that every person is different and in order for you to please the custommer you have to have a lot of patience and put yourself in their shoes to realize what the customer is going through. Of course being a CSR requires patience and no everyone is made for this job. But, if you like to help people and you are a sociable and patience person, you can do very well at this job. Another thing that made me stay was the fact that i made a lot of friends. Even now, when i don't work there anymore, we still keep in touch. It's amazing to work with nice and polite people and being in that type of environment. Also, my salary was very good compared to what i got at my old jobs and that gave me a chance to have a more independent life. I would go back there anytime but unfortunately i can't right now because i moved out of my country. I still hope i can get hired at Yardi here in the USA very soon. I would encourage everyone to apply. You will not regret it.
