I feel the same way I work hard all for nothing only for starting pay as a floor cleaner gen cleaning of p m maintenance starting pay at 9.50 per hour plus they take out union dues within 9 month of working I was making 10 .05 per hour these supervisor need to start paying union dues there self and no how hard it is on the pay check it adds up am sure its not right and its not fair employment
