You can use the job search tool to find job listing and apply but the best use for me is the networking potential. I look into the profiles and message other members with industry and work experience i'm interested in and ask for feedback.

Hi Carrie, you got a pic uploaded which is great but I suggest you complete your profile information. Uploads a resume or auto generate one so other members and employers can review your experience. Some online applications allow you to use this profile to apply, (which saves a ton of time!!).
