Where to go after the degree?
I am finishing my degree in a few weeks and I have been looking actively since January but I have ran into the issue that all employers want experience. Now I have years of retail and sales experience but I am finishing my degree in computer science so I want to find a job in the IT field. If anyone had suggestions or if they know of an entry level position in the Phoenix please let me know.
Just a little more information about my job search activity: I have applied for approximately 50 jobs a week for close to 5 months and have only gone on 8 in person interviews and 15 over the phone interviews. The biggest issue people seem to have is that I do not have experience.

Hi Jacob,
What if you take an unpaid intern job instead? You can volunteer for 3 months at one of those places you interviewed at. Call the manager who interviewed you and say "I would like to intern at your company, and in three months, if you deem that I have enough experience, would you consider me for a job?"
That's how I got my first job. I was a volunteer intern for 2 months, and then I asked the manager to consider me for a full-time position. While I was a volunteer, I worked at a library part-time to make some money.
I think another issue you have is your resume. You should get more than 15 phone interviews in 5 months.
To improve your resume, I suggest this video:

Hi Jacob,
Congratulations on the degree! What types of jobs have you been focusing on? I know it can be tough coming out of school with not much relevant experience, but I would really focus on entry level positions. It may be good for you to look at Help Desk and Support type roles. That could really help you get your foot in the door and then you can build your way up.
Good luck!

Jacob, 8 in person interviews from 50 job application isn't bad. It's 16% success rate. You already have experience, but the challenge that I think you facing is describing your retail experience for a info system job. For example, for Carioca Company you can say something like that:
