I got fired from my position
My daughter was in labor for three days in Raton well I have no car so I had to stay in Raton I loved my job I cant believe they did this to me I called my boss I text him I se t him pictures he dont care

That happened to me.my husband was sick with his copd. I was out a few days from work, had DOCTOR excuses, when I DID go back to work the manager told me that they don't except the excuses anymore, 3 days later they fired me..The point is they don't give a hoot about you or your family, they just want a body there to do the air down right dirty work.
That so unfair...you must pray ....

It is unfortunate but not wrongful termination. Unless you received written permission to take the time off from your position, it was well within their rights to terminate you. For your future employment it is important to remember that most jobs require a doctors note if you miss a certain amount of consecutive days. Unfortunately in this case your missed days did not fall under the Family Emergency Leave Act.

Don't worry

I mean if you verify your excuse then your boss should not have fired you. Alot of employers that do that do not have a union to file grievance so you can get your job back. Or go to the labor board.

Yeah they try to find reasons to fire you but my arm was infected and brought in a doctor's escuess and they came up with another reason

That is very sad to hear , the bosses of today they don't regards no body but then self imagine u did all that and they had no heart fired u ,but God is good talk to him he hears all of us he will answer your prayers soon I no it's hard but keep the faith may be they wanted to do that a long time ago and now he used that opportunity to do it .don't let that break u down just speak to him in Jesus name (Amen )

That would a sad that it happened, but, if you filed for FMLA family medical leave of absence, they couldn't legally fire you. If you didn't, then I am not sure. In Pennsylvania your employer does not have to have a reason to fire anyone.

Thank you for all
Food for thought Denise next time file/ask for FMLA leave. this is what is known as the family members leave act. Look it up on line...
