Select2Perform personality test
Hello I had a interview with a potential employer on Friday and the interview and testing went great! I had a good feeling after leaving. I was told when i get home to take the next test called Select2Perform a personality test which is I guess to see what kind of person you are etc... character...etc... I haven't heard anything back does anyone know how long it takes to get some kind of notification the test went well and when they will be calling me back?

Hard to give you an exact timeline because each companies hiring need varies depending on their sense of urgency to fill the job opening. Send out your Thank you letter and be prepared to follow up in a week or so if you don't hear back from the company before then. Good Luck!
