It’s all about the distance. Favored caregivers get assignments near their homes. Newbies travel a distance. I had a 3 hour shift. With a 45 minute commute. I think I lost money. Though I loved the client. ❤️

When I work there pay was ok. If you working with one person.But the pay should be double if it's a couple
