Freelancing

All these things you are facing are not acceptable in any workplace, please make sure to contact an employment attorney, many attorneys provide you with a free consultation check online in your area who has the best reviews. Good Luck

Brian, I'm so sorry to hear about the trouble you're having! These are serious things you're describing and it sounds like you need a lawyer. There are lots of free resources on the web; try this link to the legal services team at Cornell University: https://www.law.cornell.edu/justanswer_interstitial. And make sure to keep copies of anything that supports your position. Good luck!

So sorry to hear about your experiences at work Brian. This is a free website that can help you identify and search for employment harassment resources within your state - - http://www.nolo.com/. In the meantime make sure you're keeping a log of specific instances with witnesses in case you need to provide proof.
