Give them time.. You can only put so much effort in a potential employer. Some want you to stay consistent with your search, but you also have to be aware that if a position is, or becomes and than not available, at least you did not just give up! to most employers, they see that. At least when you are out of a job, and I said if, you know of a possible potential employer and they don't know of a possible bug au boo! someone that and than looks desperate, you win and you lose some. Look at it this way its their lost, when you know you have just as much potential as other candidates in which have applied.
