If my dear you have never worked in the food services industry or been a bartender ( I have 12 years behind the bar) and 21 years restaurant Mgmnt. Get a job as a hostess to start as it's a good place to find your way around the business and be able to see first hand how things work, who does what etc. letting the Mgmnt. know your other job interests, it'll be good for your career advancement.
