How to stand out to employers in online profiles??
Nowadays you have to get through online filters before you're even seen by human eyes. How do you stand out to potential employers once you reach their inbox which is overcrowded with hundreds of applicants? What do I need to do to make myself more visible then my competition?

That's a great question but there is no perfect answer. I would start by trying to connect with them via email. If you know who is looking at your resume, I would try to find their email address and send them a nice personal message letting them know how excited you are about the opportunity and that you really appreciate them taking the time to look over your resume. Also, make sure that your resume is very clean and neat! This is a big deal. If they are looking over dozens of resumes, make sure yours is one that is laid out neat, reads well, isn't too cluttered and sells why you are the best candidate for the job!
