• Full time, 7:00am to 4:30pm, 13.00 per hour • Soft Collections position with soft and kind customer service type and a lot of outgoing calls • Must have strong customer communication skills, problem resolution and is experienced with Microsoft Office (Excel, Word and Outlook.) • Online Assessment is required - You can take the assessment multiple times as long as you obtain the passing score of 85% for MS Excel and 45 wpm for the Typing Speed.
