There are gov't and state agencies you can seek out to help you stay afloat until you land that job. Register/Call your local Health and Human Services Agency to have a Job Training Specialist - Case Manager appointment set up. Have you applied for Unemployment Benefits with your state? You have a child your Health and Human Services Agency can get you registered for benefits so you are able to put groceries on the table.
