B.K. hired me 4 months ago and did all I had to. They told me to wait for my employee number for weeks. They never got back to me and was never hired. I'm extremely mad. I needed this job. Their not reliable for anything.

When you go for an interview, try and "interview the interviewer" as respectfully as possible. You'll get a feel then of whether the interviewer has ANY idea what they're doing. It's usually a burden for them to interview you, try asking them about themselves lol.

My guess Carol, that so many of the fast food franchises are still hiring supervisors and managers fresh out of high school or business college, with no experience and priority of making money over supporting employees who actually do the footwork. I've seen some of the very best, experienced, kind and hard working employees passed over for this very reason. Try making more buddies at those levels. Unfortunately that seems to go over well, even though it's against the law; but my guess is like me, you're not that type of employee. The Lord will provide when the time is right, keep the faith and you'll see! God Bless You! T.

HI Carol Woodward - that really sucks!! It sounds like their management dropped the ball pretty hard on contacting you back with the information you needed after telling you that you were hired. Did you end up following up with them? Check out this conversation for some information on how to best to that.

Best of luck Carol. The community is here for you!
