My first suggestion is maybe it’s time to spread your wings and do something out of your particular skill set. Even if it is entry level, research to find the companies that do performance based appraisals and offer plenty of growth. My next one would be to become a member and volunteer for any community outcheach nonprofit that you feel passionate about. New towns can have new challenges but never underestimate the power of networking. Put yourself out there and show them what you’re made of. Actions are more powerful than anything on a resume or cover letter. Best of luck and think positive!
