ESTABLISH AND MAINTAIN YOUR SELF-WORTH!

To add to my previous conversation "KEY TO SUCCEED"

A "Company" is as good as it's Structure, implemented Platform and the Performance of its "EMPLOYEES". If a "Company" is doing well and more than likely exceeding it forecasted revenue projection that it is safe to say all is very well. A "Company" is to be compared to the building of an exceptional building and the maintenance of it. The "Employees" are the building BLOCKS! Know your rightful place in the creation of such an establishment, and always remember to see yourself as an extremely valuable component.

Your Talents, Trade, Experience, and Knowledge is a Valuable Commodity! Where you decide to contribute these aspects of your "Being" to is your decision and mutually accepted when you were hired. Allow No One to Take that Knowing Away From YOU. This country does not strive on just one company there just happens to be many, and there is always somewhere else where you will be rewarded, and respected for your participation, diligence, dedication and hard work as well as all efforts made to contribute and give to the success of their company.

It all comes down to knowing your worth and making sure that the company you work for appreciates it. You are just not a brand.

Unemployed after 1985

Thank you. I needed to hear that. After 22 years in Heathcare I was fired for what had to be a lie. I am in shock. They had just taken down my associate of the quarter there. I gave hope and healing to my patients. I am in shock and just feel like dying.the prime work years are over and I have no clue what to do now except loose my home and then starve. What can I do?

I agree with you and it seems like sometimes people forget what they agreed to when they were interviewed. The interview and agreement is important and I see people complaining all day about what they are doing. Makes no sense to me because they agreed during the interview.
