Erika she didn't say the pics were over the internet and even if they were for her to prove it was against her and have sound proof that could win a case the pic wouldve had to been sent straight to her personal email address! If no one is a witness for her a picture from someones phone is totally meaningless!
If you have proof you can sue but maybe its best to move on. Sorry you went through that.
