I have been trying for months to get additional clients for the billing service owned by my daughter and myself. Anybody have any suggestions on marketing this service? Currently, I respond to ads seeking a medical biller, but this has not been successful. We can't afford to hire a sales person (unless they are willing to work commission only). Once we get this going with more clients, we will be able to offer remote medical billing jobs to others. I'm great at medical billing, but kinda suck at sales and marketing. Thought I would reach out for suggestions from those who have done sales and marketing. Thanks, in advance, for any advise you can give us.
