First off,If a customer has been angry with me I would see what it is they are upset about so in the future I wouldn’t do it again.Now if a co worker has been mad with me ,I would go to that person and talk about it .We would get things resolved.At the end of the day you need to be a team player.Make sure everyone is on the same page and all is clear.
