Had a interview 1st one went well.2nd one I waited for manager after showing up a few minutes early.Finally the shift leader came to do interview. He kept getting up talking to other people .After the third interruption I was left at the table looking like what type of restaurant and management team they have here.After a hour the actual manager came out I had decided I wasn't gone to work for this company. She ask me the same questions for the third time.This place has too many kids working here and management need to be more attentive to what they are doing and how they are doing with the guest.Come from the back and observed the restaurant.Interviews should be uninterrupted and held in a private area.
