I believe I'm worth the job I want because I believe I'm worth the job I want because I have prepared myself throughout my career to be the very best at what I am hired to do. I have worked hard all my life to meet expectations and my employers' goals. I look forward to each day because it brings new challenges and opportunities to learn something new. I guided my teams to be successful and confident enough to approach me and discuss anything. I worked to inspire my peers to excel at what they do and work as a team to solve any issue or problem. My work ethic is solid and reliable. I am fair and emphatic while keeping company goals and policies in mind when making difficult decisions. I can work alone or work in team.
