A good friend was telling me how exciting it would be for me to volunteer in helping individuals that are less fortunate to care for themselves I became a mentor mental health aide for teenagers that are dealing with depression and I do outreach giving out information to those that are interested in helping themselves their love one and Friends to recover from anything that they may have a problem with addition or mental illnesses
