there are great tips in this group to scroll through but heres a quick checklist:

1. show up in professional attire "business casual'. better to overdress than underdresss to make a good impression
2. come with 50 resumes (you can use jobcase profile to build up and just hit 'generate resume 'if you need to write and print one still - nearest kinks or library will have.a printer you can use.
3. success is best if you research 3-7 companies before going (after hte registration link you can see all the employers). Jobcase, Glassdoor, and Google are good places to research (jobcase just hit 'company tab above and check out their company page - can also get to it via the jobfair portal:https://www.jobcase.com/chicago-job-fair/portal
4. practice your personal elevator pitch. Work on 3-4 sentences to say in under 20 seconds that captures who you are, what you offer and what you are looking for.

you come looking professional, meet people with that great smile up above, firm handshake and look them in hte eye; have prepared questions for 5 of the companies you are really interested in, and have a resume to leave behind for them and I know you will CRUSH it!
