SSM. Health Discrimates!
Resigned August 4th after I requested to step down from a leadership role. Was covered under FMLA and the ADA. SSM should have allowed me to step down as a "Reasonable" accommodation under the ADA law. They did not. I took my case to the EEOC who is filing charges of discrimination based on disability against SSM. Shame on SSM Health!

I wouldn't comment on an open legal investigation on the internet. They could counter-sue for libel. I hope you win your case, though. It sounds like you've really done your homework in regards to disability laws etc.
