What more important to you?
Is it more important for you to be happy at a Job or getting paid at the end of the week at a job you don't like or even hate. For me it about getting paid I don't like my job and I do my job really well and I'm always upset with my boss because his decisions in the work place make us employees work crazy shift that can get us killed seriously we work 8 hours then we get to go home for 6 hours and have to come back to work for 8 hours more and repeat. But the paid is good. So at the end of the week for me it the paycheck that matter the most.

Job satisfaction is a must.

I think 95% of people are working for money. Most of us have living expenses. On the other hand, for me I enjoy life aside from a regular job. I love doing a job well and there is an appreciation of the work I do as well as a place that treats its employees well. Even in your own business you have to deal with some unpleasantries. For me, I enjoy having a life outside of work (no matter how small or large) Even if I am in my own business doing what I really love to do. I need a change of scenery at times, an escape, then return refreshed. I think you have to figure out what is most important to you and aim for that. Money or satisfaction, but preferably both!

I am shock Jose Acevedo that you would post your unflattering view of your job with your name attached. Hopefully, Jose is not your real name.:) Even though you feel this way people have to be careful of what is posted in cyberspace. It was suggested to me from a career center worker to think about taking my Facebook page down during my job search. I didn't because there is nothing unsavory or not G-rated on my site. It is good that you do your job well and it is bad that you are only there for the money. I think the majority of the workforce like to have the fulfillment feeling after doing a job. It's nice to know that you have made a person, community, city, state, country, or the world a better place no matter how small the contribution is. Best wishes and I'll pray that you find a slice of happiness when you are working.

Money is always a major consideration, you may have to consider researching an self-employment, opportunity and make the most of your time you have available take time to take care of self, think of your future and that of your family, Find something enjoy doing and hire yourself.

If you continue under these circumstances, you are going to end up getting burned out from the excessive stress you are being put under and it can severely affect your health! But if the pay is so important to you and it takes care of all of your financial obligations, then it's your choice. If you can handle it, then stick it out until you can get something that's less stressful but has a similar compensation to your current job. I don't know if you are looking to change jobs, so like I stated before, the choice is up to you.

You know what I applied for a job in something I would love to do work as manager at a health store. I don't want to jinks it but God's been answer ing my prayer Im going to switch Jobs I'm going for happiness for the first time in my life I already got 2 out of 3 yes next week they might no next week they will confirm me as the new manager. I will also be getting pay more but I am scared of trying something new.

Jose Acevedo I have bewn down that road too. Loved my job the pay was good but the demands on me were somewhat unappreciated. When holidays came and payroll was due had to go in and do it. Or if projects needed to be finished guess what i would be working from home. Ut i wasnt getting paid for that extra effort. I admit and i regret it now. I put my job bedore my family so many times. And guess what the day came that they just let me go. "My positon was eliminates." Do you think they took into consideration all i did for them "No, to them it does not matter. Your replaceable." For me i need to love what im doing and of course have a good pay for my labor.
That's a hard decision I want to say it's more important to be happy, but the pay is always important. Although being miserable all the time can lead to burn out from the hours you're working much faster. Just keep an eye on your health that's the most important thing.
