Interview questions
Im sure im not the only one but anyone else feel awkward during interviews when they ask such serious questions. Like i had an interview at olive garden and they arent the only place but i was asked questions like whos been a good role model or influence on you, what good attributes can you bring to this place, what are your bad attributes, what was are some problems with ppl youve had at your work, where do yiu see yourself in ten years, i told her about myslef on the phone interview and we did second interview in person and went ovr the phone interview again in person but then asks me again to talk about myself lol like im just working trying to survive and have whatever fun i can. Im a good worker and when hired my bosses dont want me to leave but i try advance up to better places but always get nervous when asked these questions that sometimes i think it makes me not get jobs. How do you guys handle not to get nervous during interviews?
I tell them I want their job, after of course they will have moved on to corporate!
I give a BIG SMILE and answer them with an open heart and by that I mean simplicity . If they ask what do I bring to the company ...I reply with motivated , dedicated HOOAH GO ARMY !! Lol , kidding ...but I do respond along the lines of ...” I bring problem solving techniques to get the job done “. But preparing is both mental and physical for me ...I make sure I get a awesome meal that’s fitting of the time frame , I get a goodnights rest . I prep my letters and clothes . Then , execute to the interview but be mindful of any and too much coffee etc ...and of course the good ole mirror mock board style .
Just try to keep it short and simple you don’t have to get to personal but give them just enough so you seem personable and like a nice person they would want to work with everyday, your trying to win them over but they don’t need to know your life history. Have your family or friends or even by your self practice fake answering questions like that with a smile and “fake it till you make it” or till the money comes in lol!

Never really know what to say haven't had to do one in twenty. Years but will soon
They seem kinda silly and irrelevant sometimes. I always get stuck explaining the felony and it all goes downhill from there. Frustrating!
Take a deep breath, tell yourself God will put you where you are supposed to be. Be confident like they need you more than you need them. If you get it then great, if not just keep pushing forward. The right job will come along.
I have worked at the olive back 1988 in dishwasher position and got promoted twice as a busser and back-up linecook. I'm became an employee of the month in 1989 and employee of the year in 1990. To be honest, you got go apply for civil right commission and file a report to protect your job before getting fire. They can help you and investigated on your workplace. Good Luck!
