Hi Cara - are you in a major city? I know you are far more likely to get rides where the population is denser. Lenin Pina - do you know any Lyft drivers who might be able to help?

That sounds odd for the Las Vegas area Cara Martens . Let's go through some basic set up and awareness functions to verify your set-up. First make sure you're using the Lyft Driver Application and not the regular one. There have been some changes to user apps in some areas so make sure you're using the right app.
Peak hours are when you can expect the most passenger activity but peak hours vary by location. You can check for peak hour activities in your area on on the Driver Console and Driver Dashboard in the Lyft Driver App.
Make sure you familiarize yourself with all the Vegas Hot Spots. Las Vegas has a lot of hot spots with limited and/or restricted Lyft passenger pick up options. This will have a tremendous impact on your rides if your driving in these areas and outside of compliance.
Thats all the suggestions I can think of now. I'll also tag @PaulJohnson on this conversation and ask for his feedback. Paul is a former Lyft driver with years of car share riding experience under his belt. I'm sue he can offer you other suggestions.
Month with no passengers is a long time! You should also reach out to Lyft Driver Services and have one of the representatives test your device to ensure it working properly. Hope this helps Cara Martens . Reach out to me if you have any other questions. Thank you. :-)
