As job seekers, many jobs will come in the form of mediocroty. Do not allow desperation, lack of confidence/skill set, your age, etc. allow you to accept employment that's not worthy of your time and effort. You don't have to accept low wages, unacceptable working environments, jobs that will move you backward instead of forward... Know your worth. Especially working with Temp Agencies, who will try to coerce you into taking a job just because it's available. They have a quota to meet. That's their business, not yours. I'm not saying to be foolish and disregard every form of employment that may not pay as much as you're accustomed to, but don't take any and every thing that presents itself. Your intuition is extremely powerful and never lies. Use discernment. Weigh your options and make a confident decision for your best interest. You deserve to be valued in your work. It all comes down to being able to take care of yourselves, fulfilment in your work and to be happy with the reflection in the mirror ♡
