Dinner is Served
I recently discovered the magical idea of making several of one meal and then freezing it so I don't have to spend an hour in the kitchen every night. After spending all day in HR, I just don't have the energy to cook, but eating/ordering out is SO EXPENSIVE! But this has literally been a game changer for me. I've found some casseroles where I can double/triple the recipe and just stick a couple pre-made into the freezer. Such a stress and money saver! Anyone else do something similar?

I love doing crockpot meals! I'll actually spend a day on the weekend putting a bunch of recipes together in ziploc bags and throw them in the freezer. Then I just take it out the night before and throw it in the crockpot in the morning before I leave. Then dinner is done the second I walk in the door. I might add a little side dish or something, but that usually doesn't take more than 15 minutes. Love saving time this way!

Wow! THat's a really awesome idea. I think I might try to do somehting similar to that. I hate cooking every day when I come home, so it'll be nice to have somehting like this a few days a week.
Crockpots are the best!!! But I like your idea too. Might have to give that a try
