I think that we all have the same feeling when we try and get nothing. I went a few weeks with no bites, but I can honestly say, I didn’t put my best forward. I buckled down and Joined ziprecruiter.com and went through the menotenois task of filling out all the fields and uploading my resume and letters of recommendation. I have 3 interviews this week and today had a great one with a marketing firm that is fairly new. I did my homework and researched everything about the company and the President, HR Director and the Goal or mission. I also made a list questions based on research. It went so well, I had an email asking me to come back before I left the parking lot. I am not sure if you have done any of this but I am sure that you are going to get a job. Anyone who can make it through a phlebotomy program has my respect. Good Luck to you on your search and keep your head up and moving forward.

Looks like you could get your foot in the door as a donor recruiter... might be nice to apply from the inside the next time a phlebotomy job opens up. Good luck. https://hcbb.com/about-houchin/employment-opportunities/

When I was a new phlebotomist, I volunteered at a Plasma Donation Center and was hired by that Center in less than a month. I volunteered 2 hours a day, 2 days a week. Good luck
