Hello to everyone, I from Europe and i live in US, i speak different languages and i have education. I use to work in different countries. One of my dream is to start a new career in INSURANCE field and get a good, stable experience and a career. Why in U.S. is soo hard to be hired in Insurance ? Its like they only looking for people with experience and scientist. But they forget that experience is something we creat / build thanks to the chances who someone give to us. We do not born already with experience. I am not looking only for sale but also in administration, training, ... I do not have a license, ok, but i am studing General Insurance by the accredited Insurance Institution. Then if i have to get a License ok , fine. But where is the opportunity?
