I didn’t get fired I actually quit. Which I’ll admit I’m a little upset about it but the fact is the “team leaders “ weren’t leaders in life in general let alone for a Cooperation! The woman 1 was 1 of those people who kiss ass to certain people. Meaning people of color because she wants them to like her . I mean she’d laugh at stuff this woman would say when she wasn’t even trying to be funny… I literally NO JOKE was the best employee they had. I’m a hard hard worker, I have EXCELLENT Customer Service skills, I mean there was more to the job, but I literally found myself doing it ALL!!! I called a team meeting lol 😂 that was a joke. They were asking us for solutions. They were not LEADERS IN ANY WAY,SHAPE.OR FORM!!!! I didn’t get along with this particular woman (& I can literally get along with anyone/everyone it was a woman thing.. I’ll just say it straight out she was a hater!!!! So I came in from my 10 min break yesterday to see my drawer had been pulled (I was working for The Goodwill Outlet) so I already knew something was up so I went in the office cocky as I possibly could. They tell me they were going to put me in the back scanning books. I laughed very sarcastically!!! If ANYONE SHOULD HAVE WENT BACK THERE IT MOST CERTAINLY WASNT ME!!!! Once again they were not leaders, they knew I was 10x better @ my job than this other woman but they didn’t have a backbone/leadership skills to do what was best for the Co. so I straight up told them I’m not working in the back, it isn’t the position I applied for,& I think you guys forgot that I wanted this job. I don’t need it. They were stunned because they knew they were loosing an incredible employee but I refused!!!! It’s sad too because I actually loved the job I just didn’t like most of the people. I’m going to have several complaints made to corporate that way when they deny me unemployment I’ll straight appeal it , I’m good at stuff like that I’ll figure out a way where it went against being “an equal opportunity employer “ because technically they did!!! Sorry it just makes me livid!!!
