discrimination,unfair treatment,all lie about take care about associates ,associates will take care about guest , i get termination because i am Arabic i want to American Arbitration Association by Marriott and everything was clear but arbitration stand with Marriott because Marriott more powerful than me the reason for termination move 2 bottle of beer it was extra on my inventory I don't know until know what should do with extra. No one from this great company answer me so it was my boss instruction to use on kitchen no one believe that Arbitration Ask my boss is this your instruction he answer yes so i told him i get feared because i am Arabic after 10 days of waiting i found the answer he deserve termination Marriott has informed me that you are not eligible for rehire at Marriott. my phone if any one from Marriott care about fair treatment
