Thought you knew more
I applied for this job on indeed.com on a Wednesday after working on a temp assignment Thur a staffing company. I was told on that temp assignment by another co worker that they have no plans of hiring permanently. So I get a phone call from this job I applied for on indeed.com in a Thursday call went well I was told to come in for an interview on Friday. That went well they hired me on the spot I was to start on the coming Monday. In the interview we discussed what I knew and didn't know I was still offered the position. I started the supervisor let everything I need to know left up to the girl that sat next to me. She didn't like me I could tell and didn't show me she just did it herself. After the first went by of me not really sure as to what I should do. 2 weeks later they told me it wasn't working out. The lady said she thought I knew more than she thought I did. How is this fair it happen a year ago.
I think that's just something that can happen when you're on a temp assignment. If they feel something isn't working, they can let you go.
