Even though, with a BS, I could be considered overly qualified for some positions for which I apply........my BS is in the field of nursing. To make a lonnnnnnnnnng story short - I can no longer ambulate. We all know how many steps a shift each nurse takes (usually at a break neck speed LOL)

So, boring is sitting at home and not working at all! Why do employers not consider such issues? Just another point of view being offered regarding the over qualified issue! :)
