help i am 51 years old worked many job. 20 plus years as home heaLTH AIDE And working hospice. Recently i have been working on leaving the field . the problem comes in when you write your resume out references come to light. i have had lots of them but did not stay in touch or they died. it almost sounds like i killed them when say im sorry you can not call this one or that because you need direct line to god. anyone with suggestions?
